About Design Print:
Digital Transfer Printing has limited wash-ability. They are to be washed only inside-out and in very slightly warm water. No harsh detergents or scrubbing should be applied to the print itself. Dry in shade and iron either inside-out or with a handkerchief placed directly on the design.

Rasterisation of Design:
The design would be rasterised which means the design might have tiny dots/vertical lines/transparent areas.

This printing process is particulalry good for black fabric because the shirt color is needed to replace the eliminated black color when rasterized. Also rasterized image will be darker when transferred on the shirt because the shirt color will be showing through the tiny holes/transparent areas.

In the printing procedure we generally use,the light to dark shading or gradient areas of an image are replaced with dots in various sizes and distance between them. This process generates the gradient-like effect in the image. The tiny dots are blended into smooth tones by the human eye. To our eyes it looks like a gradient, but on closer inspection, we are looking at small dots. Those small dots/transparent areas are the main reason, why rasterised images are softer with higher washability as water can easily pass through the image.
